1 Liquid based cytology (body fluid) - Cytospin To be collected in plain container 24 to 48 hrs For ddiagnosis of body fluids
2 FNAC a) Guided from radiologists or surgeons
b) FNAC done at our centre
a) Smears should be well fixed
b) Manual done by pathologist
Radiological findings should be available for review
a) Fixed smears in fixatives or after fixation dried and sent to lab
b) OPD procedure done at our laboratory
24 to 48 hrs For diagnosis of superficially palpable masses.
